Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage has been in practice in India for over 1,000 years, and has become popular here in the West in recent decades. It is usually carried out with the client seated on a chair, while the therapist massages the upper back, neck, shoulders, and head and face, using a specific sequence of massage movements and techniques. This massage can be preformed with, or without, aromatherapy oils. It is beneficial for treating tension in the neck, shoulders and head, headaches, stress, and emotional and mental exhaustion.

Hot Stone Massage Therapy not available at this time
Hot Stone Massage Therapy uses smooth heated stones to massage the body. Basalt stones are used because of their ability to retain heat. As the body is massaged with the warm stones heat is transferred into the muscles which allows them to relax and releases stored tension, while also stimulating the circulation. The transferred  heat also has a soothing and calming effect on the nervous system which promotes a deep sense of relaxation. During the treatment hot stones are also placed in specific areas around the  body which is believed to assist in re- balancing the body's energies.
